ABOUT ME

My business experience began when I was 15 and working in a family owned business. I learned early on that people bring their personalities and their issues to work along with their toolbox of skills.

I have a master’s degree in human resources as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LaRoche College. While managing an employee assistance program servicing over 90 companies with approximately 40,000 employees, I worked with employers and employees who experienced problems similar to those you have in your workplace. My goal is to help you to find the solution that is best for both you and your organization.
